六胜塔
Six Victories Tower is the study of architecture and art precious kind of Song and Yuan dynasties. The tower is of granite attic type structure, 36.6 m high, around the end of about 47 m, octagonal five layer, the carved Seiko, magnificent, with something comparable to Quanzhou tower.
Busses from either Xiamen or Quanzhou to the other pass through Shishi. Administratively, Shishi is part of Quanzhou Prefecture but it is actually closer to Xiamen.
Read in the guideBuses are pretty erratic and there's almost no taxis, they don't use counter anyway so just use one of the thousand motorcycle drivers at each corner. Don't hesitate to negotiate the price (¥6-8 for a downtown trip).
