Information, not advice

Mr Trip Buddy provides general travel information. Entry rules, safety conditions, prices and opening hours change, sometimes without notice. Before you travel, always check the official sources linked on each page, including your government’s travel advice and the destination’s official immigration website.

Estimates

Budgets, nightly rates and flight times marked as estimates are not quotes. Live prices and availability are only shown on the booking sites we link to.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by automated scraping.

Content and licences

Our own articles, their text and the design of the site belong to Mr Trip Buddy. You may quote short extracts with a link to the original page; please ask us before republishing more.

Travel guide text from Wikivoyage and summaries from Wikipedia are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence and are credited on each page with a link to the original. Data from open sources remains under its original licence, listed on the data sources page. Photos are credited individually and remain under the licence chosen by their photographer.

Links and other services

We link to booking sites, official websites and other services we do not control. Their content, prices and terms are their own, and any booking you make is between you and them.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, without guarantees that it is complete, current or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on information on the site, such as missed connections, refused entry or changed prices. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
