Soraesan Forest Bathing Area was established by Siheung City in 1992 to promote health and emotional well-being for its citizens. The existing 5-km walking path from the entrance of Naewonsa Temple to the summit has been renovated and redesigned to include acupressure paths, exercise facilities, a reading forest, a green pine forest playground, a strength-building forest using log ropes, and a play forest.
