Umuaka is a city in Njaba Local Government Area of Imo State, South East Nigeria. Umuaka is situated almost mid way between Orlu and Owerri.

Oghu festival is cultural dance celebrated by Njiaba, Isu, Oru and Nwangele environs which occasionally takes place between the last week of May through to the mid of August, where each community has specified dates for their exhibition aimed at promoting peace and unity throughout the communities.
