Mayon is an active stratovolcano with a nearly perfect cone in the province of Albay in the Philippines. It is the centerpiece of the Mayon Volcano Natural Park, one of the first national parks of the country.
Mayon can be easily reached from the small city of Tabaco or at the capital Legazpi. The town of Camalig is the closest to the volcano.
