Kakani

Guesthouse with simple rooms. Bathrooms are small with western-style toilets and are clean with solar hot showers. Beds are hard cotton mattresses but with thick blankets for the cold weather. There is a rooftop area where you can see north over the hill towards the Himalayas. Small shop run by the guesthouse owners next door which serves food but there's no menu. Very popular with locals travelling through Kakani.

An eco-resort and luxury tent camp in the foothills of Kakani. The camp is surrounded by a garden and has a real organic coffee shop. It offers 3 types of tents (double/single beds, 4 beds and normal tents on ground maters. Bathroom and hot shower are shares. Its restaurant has a garden and outside sitting. Free Wi-Fi service. It offers a variety of dishes including local trout fish and millet bread.
