Estero Milagro National Park is a protected natural area in the Northern Paraneña region of Paraguay. It is an area of swampy marshes and bogs scattered between grassy savanna and wooded forest that is an important habitat for a number of aquatic plants and animals and for migratory birds. It is a designated Ramsar wetland.
The park is a remote area about 15 km south of Concepción, as the crow flies, but without direct access via any paved public roads. It is undeveloped swamp and forest between the Paraguay River and highway 22.
