Indoor arena opened in November 2023, built for concerts rather than sports. It seats up to 15,000 with a central 360-degree stage, or about 12,000 with a T-shaped stage. The schedule is mostly K-pop and other music concerts, along with esports, fashion shows and sporting events. Tickets are sold by each event's organiser, so check the schedule before making the trip.

Large spa in two zones. The aqua zone has indoor and outdoor pools, infinity pools and water slides (riders must be at least 1.3 m tall), and tattoos must be covered there, for example with a rash guard. The jjimjil zone is a Korean-style sauna area with a hot kiln room (bulgama, 80–85°C), salt and red-clay rooms and an ice room. The jjimjil ticket allows 4 hours in that zone, and the combined ticket allows 6 hours in both, with extra hours at ₩10,000 each. As of 2026, children born after 2019 are not admitted, and primary school children must come with a guardian. Lockers are limited, so entry can be delayed on weekends, holidays and in peak season.
