Seosan (서산) is a city in South Chungcheong, South Korea. At Seosan Birdland theme park, you can see models of migratory birds and learn some information about them. Out of urban areas, you can visit Buddhist temples and monuments. Yeonghyeon-ri Rock-carved Buddha Triad, which was made in the Baekje Dynasty, is considered very important, because it has unusual structure.

다울관광농원
This multi-purpose tourist farm offers camping and glamping between Seosan city center and Garolim Bay. Facilities include a seasonal outdoor pool and an animal farm with donkeys and sheep. Guests can participate in seasonal programs like chestnut or mushroom picking. cafes and restaurants are on site.

There are also coffee, drinks and bakeries for children to relax and enjoy together with adults in the doll house, which is a children's playground space.

This flatland fortress, designated Historic Site No. 116, was constructed in the early Joseon Dynasty. Visitors can walk along the 1.8 km wall. The site carries deep historical significance as a persecution ground for Catholic believers in the late Joseon era. Reconstructed government offices and a prison are located inside the walls. The fortress hosts seasonal traditional performances and festivals.
부춘산
Located in the center of Seosan City, it is a low mountain about 138 m above sea level, and you can easily enjoy a walk in the city center. When you reach the top of the mountain, you can see the panoramic view of Seosan City, and you can take a quiet rest with an open view. At the foot of the mountain is Buchunjeong, the Dongheon of Seosan Busa in the Joseon Dynasty, so it is a place where you can enjoy history and nature together.
팔봉산
It is 362 meters tall. Located in Palbong-myeon, Seosan-si, South Chungcheong Province, it belongs to the Geumbuk jeongmaek, and according to Hosanrok, the name of the mountain is derived from the line of eight rocky peaks. Originally, there were nine peaks, but they are usually called eight peaks except for the smallest ones. For this reason, a legend goes that one peak that was excluded did not include itself, and that it cries at the end of December every year. Although the mountain has many rocky peaks, it has well-equipped iron stairs and ropes.
황금산
Golden Mountain is a great place to enjoy beautiful natural scenery and beaches on the west coast at the same time. It is a low mountain about 156m above sea level, and there is a trail where you can climb lightly overlooking the West Sea. In particular, when you reach the top, you can enjoy the panoramic scenery of the West Sea, the island, and the coastline.
This castle is one of the most noted places in Seosan. General Yi Sun-sin worked here for a while. Over hundred Korean Christians were executed here during Joseon Dynasty. Seosan City Government is developing tourism programs based on this place, including Haemieupseong Festival.
National Treasure No. 84. It is noted for its mysterious smile that changes according to the direction of light.

The northern stem of Gayasan Mountain (678.2m), Seosan's highest peak, passes through Seokmunbong Peak (656.8m) to Ilaksan Mountain (521.4m) to Sangwangsan Mountain (309.6m) and Okyangbong Peak (621.2m) to Sujeongbong (453.3m), and Yonghyeon Valley is located between the ridges. And there is the National Forest Recreation Forest, which boasts a view of Shimsan Yugok in the middle of it. The recreational forest, where the valley water is clear and clean and rich in oak trees, has accommodation facilities such as a forest culture recreation center, camping grounds, and forest classes. In addition, the hiking trail and the forest road connected along the ridge are connected to Seosan Mokjang-gil for easy walking and hiking, and from the ridge, you can see the West Sea in the distance. This place is also a transit point for Seosan Arame-gil and Cheoncheonmiso-gil Circulation Course, so it is good to visit in connection with it. In addition, there are Seosan Yonghyeon-ri Maaeyeorae Samjonsang, Seosan Bowonsaji, Gaesimsa Temple, and Gopung Reservoir.

A notable feature is the large greenhouse-style indoor kids' playground with various facilities allowing for play regardless of the weather. The farm strictly uses a small-group reservation system to maintain a comfortable environment for its guests.

Jung-ri Fishing Village is a village located in Garorim Bay, one of the world's five clean mudflats, and is a village where agriculture and fishing are harmonized. The north of Jung-ri is a hilly mountainous area, including Mangmi Mountain, and large-scale reclaimed land is developed around the village, making it popular not only for sea fishing but also for freshwater fishing and walking paths. The coastal area of Jung-ri is a rias-style coast made up of complex and beautiful scenery as part of the land becomes the sea and part of the sea becomes the land due to the sedimentation of the land and the rise of the sea.
Since the Jungri Fishing Village is well-preserved in its natural environment, the villagers are mainly living by clam farming, oyster farming, seaweed collection, jukkumi, anago, rockfish, and octopus fishing based on abundant fishery resources. In addition, the Jungri Fishing Village is a village where you can experience the collection of abundant marine products as the beautiful and excellent natural environment is well preserved among fishing villages within two hours of the metropolitan area.
