It is a sports facility in the city of Anyang. Opened on June 30, 1986, the main stadium is a stadium equipped with natural turf fields and urethane tracks. It also consists of a multi-purpose gymnasium, ice rink, auxiliary stadium, tennis court, ssireum court, and swimming pool.

The library was opened in April 1994. It is a three-story structure with one basement level and a total of 813 reading seats. The main internal facilities of the library include a variety of archives, reading rooms, cultural classrooms, and audiovisual rooms. It has a total of 201,565 general books, 302 magazines and 57 newspapers, and 6,515 DVDs and 1,881 CDs as non-book materials. It is scheduled to reopen in 2027.
