Tiwi is a municipality in the northeast quadrant of Albay, Philippines at the endpoint of Legazpi-Tiwi coastal road and borders the municipality of Sagñay in Camarines Sur's Partido District. Being a neighboring municipality of Malinao, its shoreline is facing Lagonoy Gulf. It is known for its pottery industry and the geothermal power plant at the foot of Mount Malinao.

By bus
There are buses from Manila to Tiwi, stopping also at other towns and cities along the way, and there are also UV Express vans from Legazpi and jeepneys from Tabaco.
Around the town center there are pedicabs while tricycles are available heading to the outlying barangays.
