Misamis Occidental is a province of the Philippines in Northern Mindanao.
By road
Rte 79 connects Misamis Occidental with the provinces of Zamboanga del Norte and Zamboanga del Sur. A bridge across Panguil Bay opened in 2022, connecting the province directly to Lanao del Norte.
There is one major highway (Rte 79) hugging the coast, running from the Zamboanga del Sur boundary towards Dipolog in Zamboanga del Norte, passing through all the province's cities.
