Agoo Basilica
Agoo's main Roman Catholic church, destroyed multiple times by earthquakes and rebuilt in its present state in 1975. Its main draw is the venerated Marian image of Our Lady of Charity. It also has an ecclesiastical museum.

Agoo Presidencia
A museum of local history and culture, set inside the old colonial-era municipal building. The first floor is partially leased out as commercial space.

Agoo is along Route 2 (Manila North Road). It is also the terminus of Marcos Highway (Aspiras–Palispis Highway, Route 208) which leads to Baguio via Tubao, Pugo and Tuba.
