It is a Serbian Orthodox church in Drsnik.
Parku i Mirushës
The natural park is in the southern region of the Gremnik mountains, spanning the banks of the Mirusha River, from the canyon's inception to its convergence with the White Drin River. It's approximately 2 km away from the villages of Dush, Grapc, and Llapçeva, as well as the Hill of Dushi.
Ujëvarat e Mirushës
A sequence of cascading waterfalls surrounded by towering rock formations, featuring a spacious natural swimming pool. It has a nice and interesting hike and even climb across metal bars along a cascade of 16 waterfalls and visible stone strata, with a new and nice bridge at the "end" after which you can continue in summer when the water is low, using the wires to hold on tight. On the way back stop at the restaurant near the road for fish and relaxation. Or if you are a keen hiker/climber continue the trail from the rest area up the mountain, which will lead onto a regular trail down again meeting with dirt road after 1 km or so.
