Orini Nafpaktia is a mountain region in the Aetolia-Acarnania region of West Central Greece.

A beautifully preserved 10th-century Byzantine church set in a lush valley of olive and pine trees, about 2 km from Gavrolimni. Built as the katholikon of a monastery, it features a distinctive cross-in-square plan with an elegant brick dome and traces of early frescoes; the site may overlay an earlier Early Christian basilica.
The main gateway is Nafpaktos on the Gulf of Corinth.5 hours depending on route and stops). The drive itself is part of the experience, climbing through olive groves into dense fir forest with occasional viewpoints.
