It is a modern reconstruction of a building constructed in the Jin Dynasty (266–420 AD). It was built in 1992, with 5 floors and a height of 30 m on the bank of the Grand Canal. It is an important symbol of Cangzhou City. The first floor displays historical and cultural materials of Cangzhou City. The top floor is an observation deck and the exhibition hall of modern Cangzhou achievements. The remaining three floors are teahouses that display ancient Qingfeng Tower Poems and history.

Nanchuan Old Street is located in the core area of ​​Yunhe District, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. It borders Nanhu Lake in the east and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the west. The scenic spot covers a total area of ​​about 274 acres. It covers two restored monuments, Nanchuan Tower and Langyin Tower, as well as 46 courtyards in Ming and Qing Dynasty styles and simple residential styles. Nanchuan Tower and Langyin Tower are landmark buildings in the old street. They have witnessed the historical changes of Cangzhou and are important windows for tourists to understand the history and culture of Cangzhou. ‌There is a dazzling array of delicacies on the old street, ‌from the traditional Cangzhou hot pot chicken to the authentic donkey meat barbecue, ‌every bite is a profound experience of Cangzhou food culture. ‌In the cultural and creative and handicraft shops on the old street,‌you can buy exquisite traditional handicrafts such as paper-cutting, ‌wooden combs, and ‌gourd pyrography, and feel the wisdom of Cangzhou people. ‌

Cangzhou Langyin Tower was built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It is a traditional cultural building with a long history. This building is an important place for the cultural life of the people in Cangzhou City and an important platform for music and art exchanges in the Cangzhou region. Langyin Tower has a unique architectural style and exquisite structure. The roof is covered with glazed tiles and surrounded by guardrails. There are multiple performance stages and auditoriums inside the building. Its unique spatial layout and good audio equipment make it an ideal place for various performances, exhibitions and cultural activities. There are various exhibition halls and activity venues in Langyin Building, including calligraphy and painting exhibition hall, art exchange hall, cultural media broadcast room, etc. In addition, various cultural and artistic activities are often held here, such as readings, concerts, dance performances, drama performances, etc. Langyin Tower not only displays the traditional culture and artistic achievements of the Cangzhou area, but also enriches the cultural life of citizens.

The total area of Cangzhou People's Park is 42.8 hectares, of which the mountain area is 2 hectares and the lake area is 12.8 hectares. With the theme of returning to nature, the park is divided into six major scenic areas according to functions, namely: South Gate Square Area, Fitness Activity Area, Mountain Forest Area, Waterscape Tour Area, Parking Office Area, and Flower Cultivation Area.
