The Eastern Townships (in French, Estrie or Cantons de l'Est) is a region of Quebec that offers ski slopes and trails, lakeside cottages, historic villages, Quebec's wine route, microbreweries, and excellent food tourism opportunities.
There is a minor airport just east of Sherbrooke, the Aéroport de Sherbrooke, with no scheduled flights. Montreal's Trudeau International Airport is the main airport for the region.
