The museum presents the history of Cameroon as well as the different peoples of the country. Very complete, its visit can therefore be quite long. The exterior seated adjacent to a lake is really quite striking in itself.
On a hill with a view not far from the museum, this seems to be the highest rated lodging in town. People comment on the sunset watching. It supposedly also has a restaurant, gym, and wifi, although the latter and hot water may not always be constant.
This is a popular multi-story hotel on the main drag through town with a restaurant and pool. People said it was comfortable in reviews, although wifi also was an issue at times. Right beside the Marche (market).
Good hotel located in the city center. It has a generator (ok) and a water tank, practical knowing that the city is often the object of cuts. Might be a bit more basic than the other two and kind of grubby street location.
