An over-restored castle in the south of the city that looks a bit Disney-esque but offers impressive views of the city and surroundings from the walls. The staff can give a free tour of the history museum in the centre of the complex.
A tall octagonal tomb tower from the 12th century with kufic Arabic calligraphy and ceramic design.
Directly beside the Nakhchivan Castle. The supposed tomb of the prophet Noah (although Palestine and Jordan would disagree). A beautifully built octagonal tower that stands out against the vast plains of Nakhchivan behind. The staff can give a tour of the small museum inside.
