Off-roading in California

There are many off-road vehicle opportunities in California, but there are also a lot of legal requirements for off-roading in America's most populous state.
UnderstandFirst, you must make sure that your vehicle is registered. All vehicles operated on public lands in California must be registered, either with a street-legal registration or an off-highway vehicle registration.
