Maithili phrasebook
Maithili (मैथिली / মৈথিলী) is a language spoken in eastern India and southern Nepal. It is mainly spoken in Mithila and Eastern Tarai regions. Vidyapati was a famous Maithili poet. Maithili is one of the 22 scheduled languages of India. It is also one of the most spoken languages of India and second most spoken Nepalese language of Nepal.
