The Northern Oregon Coast is a region of Oregon made up of the northern Oregon Coast as well as Columbia County along the Columbia River.

The Tillamook County Transportation District runs buses from Tillamook north to Manzanita and Cannon Beach, south to Lincoln City, and west to the coastal towns of Netarts and Oceanside.

Rainier is a town in the Northern Oregon Coast region. It is a charming, small town on the Colombia River where colonial history comes alive and visitors enjoy the waterfront views.
Lewis and Clark National Historical Park is a collection of state and U.S. federal lands near the mouth of the Columbia River, where the Lewis and Clark Expedition overwintered in 1805-06. The park contains sites on the Northern Oregon Coast near Astoria and Seaside, and the Southwest Washington Coast near Ilwaco and Long Beach.
