Billericay is a town in Essex with a population of about 34,000 (2011). Many of its residents commute daily to London by train.

A Nature Reserve and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Relics from as long ago as the Stone Age have been found there and it has been designated an Ancient Monument.
Just outside the town, has many things to see and do, including a children's farm centre and museum and a craft village. It can easily be accessed by public transport on the 100 bus from the town centre and station.
They play in the Ryman League Premier Division.
A local nature reserve near the centre of Billericay. It is one of the finest ancient meadow systems in Essex. Centuries of grazing have created the ideal conditions for a wonderful diversity of wild flowers, fungi, insects and invertebrates, many of which are very rare. It also contains an area of 16.63 acres (6.73 ha) that has been declared as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) for its unimproved neutral grassland.

By train
National Express has a train leaving from London Liverpool St station every few minutes during peak hours and every 20 minutes outside peak.
Billericay High Street is a few minutes walk south from the train station. There is a taxi rank outside of the station with regular services available.
