Phan Rang - Tháp Chàm is the capital of the Ninh Thuan province in the Southern Region of Vietnam.

A Hindu Cham religious complex built towards the end of the 13th century. The temple is architecturally in the Thap Mam style.

There are infrequent buses from Nha Trang, Dalat, Phan Thiet (Mui Ne), and Ho Chi Minh City, usually one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
