Warm Springs is in the Classic Heartland of Georgia. Its main claim to fame is as a Spa Town where President Franklin Delano Roosevelt would come to treat his paralytic illness. The Warm Springs Center is still in existence as a private rehab center for paralysis due to polio and other causes.
