Sweetwater Jaycee's Rattlesnake Roundup

This unique event, held annually in early March, centers around the region's most dangerous reptile, with a range of wacky diversions such as a guided snake hunt, a cook-off and rattlesnake-eating contest, a beard contest, a "Miss Snakecharmer" beauty pageant, and an evening dance.
