It has one little league field, 1 big league field, and 3 softball fields. The park is well kept with green, neat fields. The concession stand serves, hot dogs, burgers, snacks, candy and drinks. Most used little league field in the town out of 6.
This historic house was built in 1696, it is a house museum and is home to the Smithfield Historical Society. Elish Smith, grandson of one of Rhode Island’s co-founders, John Smith, built it. Tours are available on scheduled days, otherwise they are done by appointment. When major events are held here, the Smithfield Historic Society dresses up in colonial garb and gives tours to the public.
