Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida

Includes the Maitland Art Center, Maitland History Museum, and the Telephone Museum.

The city's most visible park, it's a nice spot close to the commercial district with paths surrounding the lake and some historic sites such as the remains of the original Old Dixie Highway. A historic building, converted to the Waterhouse Museum, is within the park.

Maitland's alternative theater showcases a wide range of art-house films and plays hosts to six annual film festivals, free outdoor film showings and Meet the Filmmaker events.
