East Wenatchee is a city of 14,000 (2020) in the Columbia River Plateau of Washington State. It sits on the east shore of the Columbia River, opposite of the larger city of Wenatchee. (See its separate article for detailed listings on the west bank of the Columbia River.)

Walk along the Columbia River waterfront of Wenatchee and East Wenatchee
The park is and is named for a rock formation across the river that vaguely resembles President Abraham Lincoln. It offers water access to Lake Entiat, including fishing, boating, and swimming, in addition to facilities for picnicking, camping, hiking, and field sports.
Wenatchee Valley Mall hosts Bed Bath & Beyond, Grocery Outlet, Macy's, Marshalls, PetSmart, Ross, Sportsman Warehouse and numerous other shops & restaurants in the mall and in the immediate surrounding areas not part of the mall (Fred Meyer, Hobby Lobby, Petco, Olive Garden, amongst others). There are other smaller strip malls, free-standing establishments & hotels radiating north and south along Valley Mall Pkwy.
By bus
Long-distance bus routes from Greyhound and Wenatchee Valley Shuttle serve downtown Wenatchee, about 1.1 mi northwest of the George Sellar Bridge.
By plane
The city is served by Pangborn Memorial Airport EAT 4 miles east of Wenatchee, with daily flights to and from Seattle–Tacoma International Airport SEA provided by Alaska Airlines.
