There are tours through the mansion, and the suggested price for these tours is $3 for children and $10 for visitors 12 and up. The tours mainly focus on the history and architecture of the building. There are rumors that the mansion is haunted, but that is not widely believed. This is considered one of America’s most haunted mansions” and it is open to the public for tours. Around Halloween each year they also hold an annual Ghost Party— playing on their reputation and the home’s history of tragedy to maintain a building of significant historic value.
