Central Utah is a region of Utah, which includes the counties of Sanpete, Sevier, and Piute, as well as the eastern (east of longitude 113W) halves of Juab, Millard, and Beaver counties.
Skyline Drive is a mountain road that winds for 87 miles along the spine of the Wasatch Plateau and is perhaps one of the highest roads in the nation. From the Skyline you can often see both sides of the mountain.

Beaver in Central Utah is a town of 3,200 people (2019) close to the Tushar Mountains, and anyone who visits the town feels like they are at the foothills of the Rockies.

Ephraim is in Central Utah. In the spring of 1854, some residents of Manti went north to Cottonwood Creek and were later joined by settlers uprooted from Allred's settlement (Spring City) and recent immigrants from Denmark.

Moroni in Central Utah sits midway between Nephi and Manti on the most pronounced "North Bend" of the San Pitch River.

Palisade State Park & Reservoir is a park in Central Utah that draws swimmers, year-round anglers and non-motorized watercraft enthusiasts. There is also an 18-hole golf course, practice range, professional golf shop and snack bar that is truly world class.
Little Sahara Recreation Area encompasses fields of sand dunes located in Central Utah. The area is administered by the United States Bureau of Land Management and is popular primarily for off-road vehicular recreation.
Yuba Lake State Park is in Central Utah.
