Local Eaglesham artist William Gemmell carved these historic statues based on the life and works of Robert Burns. Burns, his lover Highland Mary, and local Eaglesham figures such as Blacksmith and Strongman William Hall are represented. They can be seen in the Carswell Centre and have been restored very nicely thanks to National Lottery Funding.
A 15-acre park running the length of Eaglesham which once had the mill in the middle but now has walking paths.
Nice reservoir that you can walk around and see the farms, and views over the hills to the south of Eaglesham. You can fish here if you are in the Anglers Club.
The wind farm has mountain bike trails and a visitor centre. It is the largest on shore wind farm in the UK and is just outside of the village, and has a covenanters memorial.
Only a few stones remain of this 14th century castle, but you can see the motte (mound) that it was built on.

The distiller was founded in 2020, producing whisky, gin and vodka. The whisky distillery has become a real hidden gem since they opened up to the public and the tour comes highly recommended. It is on a farm road nearby, watch out as the Hayhill road is a single track and there are no street lights after dark. Self-catering accommodation on site.
