Founded in 1863. Total area - 8.34 ha. There is entertainment, aerial playground, two cafes. In the park there are: a mass grave Heroes of the Soviet Union VG Semenyshyna and NE Lavitskaya, a monument to the heroes of the Civil War ("Cannon"), a monument to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
