Oriented to the southeast, it is 219 m long and varies between 35 and 40 m wide, made up of coarse golden sand. The slope of the entrance to the water is somewhat steep, with a sandy bottom at the entrance to the sea, and rocks a few meters away. It has all the services: lifeguards, showers, toilets, first aid point, ramps for people with reduced mobility, children's area and rental of sun loungers, parasols and pedal boats. In the afternoon it immediately becomes shaded. At the northern end begins the coastal path, which runs through the small coves until reaching the large sandy beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge.
