Col·lecció Museu d'Arqueologia Submarina is housed in Ca la Pruna, a 16th‑century fortified Gothic residence at the entrance to the medieval village of Pals (Baix Empordà, Costa Brava). The collection focuses on underwater archaeological finds from the nearby coast, highlighting historic navigation, trade routes and shipwrecks in the Mediterranean. Within this evocative stone building, visitors discover artifacts that connect local maritime history with broader Mediterranean networks. Together, the museum and cultural center make Ca la Pruna a key site for interpreting Pals’ seafaring and historical identity.
Ca la Pruna is a 16th-century fortified house, in the town of Pals. It is included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.
