One of the most prominent mountains on the south coast. A few hours hike from the nearby Arona or Vento (meaning wind) villages, it goes through a relatively big canyon of Barranco del Rey and at top provides great views to all sides (unless mist builds up).
Coastal park with barren lava rocks and sparse vegetation, perfect for a climb.
Barranco del Infierno
A commercialised hiking opportunity that can barely compete with its free rivals around the island. It is a ravine hiking trail leading to a waterfall. Though, the water levels can be disappointing. Hiking shoes can be rented for €4.
