Small child-oriented science museum about human perception, little English signage. The building is supposed to resemble a sail.

It is a place where you can appreciate beautiful scenery of the coast, city, and sea. It is accessible by foot, vehicle, or famous old elevators. There are gardens, restaurants, old military cannons, and rest areas, too, making it perfect for walking, taking pictures, or relaxing in the fresh air.
