Tiwai Island is a river island and wildlife sanctuary in Sierra Leone. In 2025 it was listed as a natural together with nearby Gola Rainforest National Park.

It is not possible to reach Tiwai Island by public transportation. You can hire a 4WD vehicle and a driver in Freetown or Bo. From Bo, drive south to Potoru, then take the Potoru-Tiwai road to Village.
