Duba is a city in the Tabuk Province in the North of Saudi Arabia. It is mainly a harbour city connected to Port Safaga in Egypt via a daily ferry.
By bus
Northwest bus operates buses to Duba from Tabuk (180 km), Jeddah (800 km) and Al Ula (with a connection at Tabuk).
Note that there is no bus from and to the ferry terminal. If you arrive at Duba with the ferry, it is quite easy to hitch-hike to the city.
