The hill features a large Peruvian flag painted on its slopes and is situated just north of the Rimac river. With a summit approximately 368 meters above sea level, visitors can contemplate an incomparable landscape: the city with its high buildings, the course of the river Rimac, as well as the sea ports and districts. An observation point with an illuminated cross, a museum and a restaurant are located at the summit. Many tour companies include a visit here on their itineraries, tours can also be organised near the Plaza de Armas for S/10 or an alternative is to take a taxi.
