Црква „Св. Илија“
Built in 1848 perched upon a hill in Star Dojran, the church was originally granted to Greek priests by the local Ottoman authorities. It later was given to the Bulgarian Exarchate due to most of the population actually being Slavic-speakers. The church suffered heavy damage in World War I, including the loss of essentially all of its interior artwork. A full restoration of the church began in 2013. The ruins of the Church of Saint George sit near Saint Elijah. This church was built in 1911 for the Greek community following the loss of Saint Elijah to the Slavic community.
Саат-кула
Built in 1372, the half-ruined clock tower of Star Dojran stands where the bazaar was historically located. According to the legend passed down through many generations, the tower was built by Evrenos-beg, in honor of the conquest of Dojran. During the First World War, the tower was partially destroyed, and it remains in the same condition today.
D Festival is a multi-day outdoor music festival held every year in Dojran.
