Lighthouse at top of rocky bluff over the ocean, excellent views of the harbor. You can watch freighters coming into the container port or oil and gas tankers to and from the Pemex refinery. 15 minute walk, uphill, on rocky terrain so wear appropriate shoes and bring water.
