La Primavera Biosphere Reserve (Spanish: Bosque de la Primavera) is a protected natural area just outside Guadalajara in the western state of Jalisco, Mexico. The park protects a small mountain range composed of inactive volcanoes known as the Sierra La Primavera (part of the Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range). The mountains are heavily forested and are home to a large diversity of wildlife. Unlike most biosphere reserves, La Primavera sets aside an area that provides public access to recreational amenities.
Park entrances are on the north side of the park, off federal highway MEX-15 in the neighborhood of Col.
