A large park, partly within the city grounds, with a number of worthwhile sights. The pretty Hattori Ryokuchi Arboretum (1-13 Terauchi) holds bamboo gardens and some 2,500 cherry trees. The Open-Air Museum of Old Japanese Farmhouses is another favourite, displaying replicas of traditional farmhouses from different parts of Japan.
Hattori Ryokuchi Park is a large, hilly park in northern Osaka. It is most famous for its Open-Air Museum of Old Japanese Farmhouses, which contains examples of rural architecture from various parts of Japan.
