Kiyotsu Gorge is a spectacular gorge known for its steep cliffs of columnar rock formations and the clear waters of the Kiyotsu River. A 750-metre-long pedestrian tunnel provides several viewing points, culminating in the Panorama Station, where a reflective pool creates striking views of the gorge. The tunnel's artistic design makes it a popular destination for photographers, especially during autumn foliage.
Kiyotsu Gorge is a nationally designated Place of Scenic Beauty and Natural Monument on the border between Yuzawa and Tōkamachi, Niigata Prefecture, Japan.
