A two-day market held every March at the equinox to celebrate the arrival of spring, with about 300 stalls selling seedlings, flowers, miscellaneous goods, food, and more. It attracts 100,000 people. There are performances by Takaono Heiroku Taiko and Nodago Shimazu Taiko drums, as well as events such as jumbo soba eating competitions.
