Fano is a city in Marche. Known as Fanum Fortunae in Roman times, the city today is a fairly well-known coastal resort and one of the most important Adriatic fishing ports. The port divides the coast of Fano into two, with Sassonia beach to the east and the sandy Lido to the west. A number of other wide beaches and small bays are to be found along the coast on both sides of the town at Fosso Sejore, Metaurilia, Torrette. A delightful, hilly countryside is just a few kilometres away.
The lounges and the bedrooms are fully furnished with antique original furniture and all around there are the books and the objects of daily use from the past. The cosy self catered apartments are in the park, and overlook the sea too. The lush landscaped gardens face the sea and are full of enchanting spots, the panoramic swimming pool lies between the olives and the vineyards and faces the sea too. B&B and self catered accommodations, breakfast, lunch and dinner (May-Sep), bicycles, parking, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi.
