A very refreshing and spiritual place where Adi guru Shankara Charya enlightened.
Place where the rivers Bhadra and Thunga join.
This temple was built by the Veera Narasimha, the grandson of Vishnuvardhana belonging to Hoysala Dynasty in the 13th century A.D. The temple has idols of Lord Srikrishna, Lord Purushottama, Lord Ganesha, Goddess Sharadamba and lord Narasimha. The temple is built on a star shaped platform.
You will get private town service buses. the ticket price is just around ₹3 to ₹5. By auto rickshaw, its ₹8 minimum to ₹30 max.
