Balatonszemes is a small lakeside town in Lake Balaton region of Hungary.

A tomb of a Roman originally erected during the reign of Emperor Caracalla (188-217). The tomb is likely to have been moved from Pilisvörösvár to Balatonszemes in the 18th century.
A museum about the actor Zoltan Latinovits (1931–1976).
