A group of 318 houses built in 1957 to house the management staff of the American army working at the Toul-Rosières air base. After the soldiers left in 1966, the building complex was put up for sale. The American design of the buildings (large single-story houses, large bay windows, fitted kitchens, underfloor heating, etc.) give the air of an American suburb in eastern France.
